Fire Risk Assessment

The Regulatory Reform Fire Order 2005 makes it legal requirement for a Fire Risk Assessment to be carried out on all premises.
Responsibility for complying with the order rests with the 'responsible person'.
In a workplace this is the employer or any other person who may have control of any part of the premises, e.g. the occupier or owner.
In all other premises the person or people in control of the premises will be responsible. The Fire Risk Assessment must focus on the safety of all relevant persons and should pay particular attention to those at special risk, such as disabled people, children and those with special needs.
FlameSkill employ only trained, and fully insured, personnel to undertake risk assessments which are comprehensively documented including recommendations and action plans where appropriate.
Insurance Companies may refuse or limit claims if a Fire Risk Assessment is not in place.
