Firemans Knit Wrist Gloves Approved to EN 659 (2003) including A1 (2008). Best quality leather palm and back hand with additional nomex back and knitted wrist. The long knitted wrist makes for faster donning and gives greater protection further up the forearm. Kevlar inner lining gives additional heat and cut protection. A four-layer total textile waterproof, breathable fire glove.
The back of the glove is constructed from Nomex woven fabric. The palm uses Kevlar specially layered to be heat, abrasion and cut resistant. In this design the Kevlar palm is very flexible and provides high sensitivity and comfort.
The system of Kevlar reinforcements with inner anti-shock padding forms high protection of joints. These elements considerably increase protective function of the glove against mechanic risks.
The use of Kevlar and Nomex together with a waterproof, breathable membrane provide compound layers that increase heat, abrasion and cutting resistance and also provides protection against liquids, blood-born pathogens, bacteria and chemicals.
Even with this high level of mechanical protection there is no conflict between sensitivity and protection.
Knitted Kevlar wristband.
The gloves are tested and certified in accordance with EN 659:2003 standard - Protective gloves for firefighters.

A four-layer total leather fire glove with a membrane.
The basic and carrier layer is specially treated grain leather resistant against heat, water and abrasion ensuring maximum sensitivity and comfort for work.
Additional Kevlar reinforcement in the palm and back of glove for increased protection.
Technical Kevlar and Nomex put together make the other two layers that increase heat, abrasion and cutting resistance.
The glove contains a special membrane that does not let through liquids, blood, bacteria and chemicals.
With these high specification materials the Cheyenne can be used in the most demanding work environments.
The Cheyenne is made with a short knitted Kevlar wristband.
