£200,000 Fine for Nursing Home
A London Nursing Home was fined £200,000 in February for failing to make adequate fire protection arrangements to protect its residents and staff.
The Judge ruled that the Fire Risk Assessment was not suitable or sufficient.
Although there were no serious injuries, 14 residents were taken to hospital for checkups.
